1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all mobile games published on Google Play by Digevo Limited, trading as Digevo Labs. Digevo Limited is a company registered in England and Wales.

By downloading or playing any Digevo Labs game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use our games.

These terms apply solely to mobile games published by Digevo Labs on Google Play. They do not apply to any other websites or services operated by Digevo Limited.

2. Our Games

Current titles published by Digevo Labs include:

• Wall Street Builder - an idle builder game available on Android via Google Play

• Sudoku Levels - a puzzle progression game available on Android via Google Play

Additional titles may be added to this list as they are published. All titles are covered by these terms unless otherwise stated.

3. Licence to Play

Digevo Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play our games for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of our games

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our games

• Use our games for any commercial purpose without our written permission

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorised third-party software to gain an advantage

4. In-App Purchases

Our games offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's own terms and conditions.

Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. Digevo Limited does not process refunds directly. You can request a refund through the Google Play Store app or at https://play.google.com/store

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove in-app purchase items at any time. Prices may vary by region and are set by Google Play.

5. Advertising

Our games display adverts served by Google AdMob. By playing our games you acknowledge that adverts may be shown during gameplay. Details of how advertising data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Game Content & Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any of our games at any time without notice. This includes changes to gameplay mechanics, content, pricing, and features.

We do not guarantee that our games will be available at all times or that they will be free from errors or interruptions.

7. Leaderboards & In-Game Statistics

Some of our games may display leaderboards or in-game statistics. These features are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute competitive rankings or official records. Digevo Limited makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any in-game statistics or leaderboard data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within our games, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, music, sound effects, and code, is the intellectual property of Digevo Limited. All rights are reserved.

The Digevo Labs name and logo are trading names and marks of Digevo Limited. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digevo Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the games, including but not limited to their fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digevo Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device damage.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our games following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
