This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by Dig-evo Labs on Google Play. We are transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

DIG-EVO LABS MOBILE GAMES PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 28 April 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published on Google Play by Digevo Limited, trading as Dig-evo Labs. Digevo Limited is a company registered in England and Wales.

For any privacy-related enquiries, please contact us at: contact@dig-evo.com

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies solely to mobile applications published by Dig-evo Labs on Google Play, including Wall Street Builder, Sudoku Levels: Progression, and CipherMind. It does not apply to any other websites or services operated by Digevo Limited.

3. Data We Collect

Our games do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play.

However, the following data may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into our games:

Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

Our games display adverts served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data including your device identifier, IP address, and app usage information in order to serve relevant advertisements. This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with their own privacy policy. You can review Google’s privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy

In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Our games offer optional in-app purchases processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information directly. All transaction data is handled by Google. You can review Google Play’s terms here: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms

Purchase Management (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase entitlements and validate transactions. RevenueCat assigns each app installation an anonymous user identifier and stores a record of your purchase history (which products you have bought and when). This allows the app to restore your purchases if you reinstall the app and ensures purchased content is delivered correctly. RevenueCat does not receive your payment details. You can review RevenueCat’s privacy policy here: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Analytics Data (Firebase Analytics)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as session length, features used, and crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

3a. Local Data Stored on Your Device

Our games store the following data locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage) and cookies. With the exception of purchase records (which are validated through RevenueCat as described in Section 3), this local data is not transmitted to our servers:

  • consent_given – records that you have accepted our terms and privacy policy
  • consent_personalised_ads – stores your preference for personalised advertising
  • consent_analytics – stores your preference for analytics data collection
  • consent_age_verified – records your age confirmation
  • Game progress, statistics, points balance, achievements, and settings – stored locally to save your progress between sessions

This data is retained until you uninstall the app or use the “Reset All Progress” option within the game settings.

4. How Data Is Used

Data collected through AdMob may be used to:

  • Serve relevant advertisements within our games
  • Measure ad performance and engagement
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data collected through RevenueCat is used solely to:

  • Validate and deliver in-app purchases
  • Restore purchases when you reinstall the app or switch devices
  • Maintain accurate records of your entitlements

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties beyond what is described in this policy.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13. Our games contain advertising served by Google AdMob. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Users are required to confirm they are aged 13 or older before playing. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our games, please contact us at contact@dig-evo.com and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

6. Data Retention

We do not directly store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat is retained in accordance with their respective data retention policies. Local data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or use the “Reset All Progress” option.

7. Your Rights

If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access your data
  • The right to correct inaccurate data
  • The right to request deletion of your data
  • The right to object to processing
  • The right to data portability

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@dig-evo.com. Where your request relates to data held by Google or RevenueCat, we will direct you to the appropriate support channel.

8. Third-Party Services

Our games integrate the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

8a. Quote Attribution & Copyright

Our games may use short quotations attributed to their speakers or authors as the basis for puzzles and educational content. Quotes are short excerpts presented in a transformative context for entertainment and learning. If you are a rights holder and believe a quote should be removed, please contact us at contact@dig-evo.com and we will remove it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
